MXO37H/14D
The МХО37 series uses internal heating resonator (IHR) technology, with the entire oven system and crystal plate housed within a TO-8 vacuum holder. This approach significantly reduces the size, power consumption, and warm-up time of the OCXO, while maintaining excellent temperature stability, low phase noise, and aging characteristics. The MXO37H/14D model features a substantially reinforced IHR mechanical construction for exceptional durability. Internal frequency multiplication (by 3 or 5) extends the operating frequency range up to 300 MHz and improves temperature stability and aging rate in the 30-150 MHz range compared to the MXO37 series.
