The miniaturized, ultra-low-power, fast-start MXO37 series temperature-compensated crystal oscillators provided by PRECISETIME cover a frequency range of 5~150MHz. In the temperature range of -40 to +85°С, the temperature stability can reach ±0.5ppb, the noise floor can reach -173dBc/Hz, and the lowest power consumption is only 90mW (the power consumption of conventional products is over 600mW). The start-up time with stability reaching ±0.1ppm is 60 seconds (the fastest is only 15 seconds). The temperature-compensated crystal oscillator has a DIP8 and DIP14 compatible package, or a standard 20X20mm package. The aging rate of the product can reach ±0.1ppb/day.
PRECISETIME can also provide products with ultra-low phase noise and ultra-high short-term stability. For example, for a 10MHz OCXO, the near-end 1Hz phase noise index is better than -120dBc/Hz@1Hz, and the second stability index is less than 1.0X10-13.
