MXO37/14U
The МХО37 series uses internal heating resonator technology (IHR), integrating the oven system and crystal plate within a TO-8 vacuum holder. This design significantly reduces the size, power consumption, and warm-up time of the OCXO. The MXO37/14 and MXO37/14S (SMD) models are DIP14 compatible in size and pinout. These oscillators offer an exceptional combination of small size and extremely low power consumption, along with superior frequency stability and very low phase noise. Fundamental operation up to 150 MHz allows for very low spurious levels in the output spectrum, substantially reducing phase jitter. This makes the MXO37/14 oscillators an attractive solution for UHF synthesizers and other portable microwave applications.
